Our manager is very nice and prompt to work out any issues we have. Many of the units and buildings have or are being renovated. The renovations are good updates compared to what they had and the outside looks much better! Maintenance is also quick to respond to issues. Overall this is one of the better apartments I have lived in and I have lived if 5 different states.

Just visited today and applied immediately after. Aqueelah, the property manager, was absolutely delightful and made me feel right at home. There are renovations being done but they seem to be working fairly quickly and the work looks great. My son seems to like it there as well which prompted me to apply. Hope to be living here soon!

Had a wonderful visit and we are excited to move in to our first apartment. The newly renovated units are gorgeous. Aqueelah Shaheed, property manager, was a delight to work with, she was available through the whole process and even called with the good news of us getting our apartment. An easy process and would recommend moving here!

For the price these apartments are a steal, I’m paying $500 more a month for an apartment that doesn’t look even comparable. The location is perfect too, downtown Wixom is a short walk down the road; and grocery stores aplenty. The property manager Aqueelah was incredibly polite and helpful during my visit to tour some of the units and I can’t thank her enough for how awesome she’s been. Between affordability and quality there really is no equal; 10/10 would recommend
